Appreciate Yourself- A Fantastic Friday Assignment
Happy Fantastic Friday!
So, last Month, I launched Fantastic Friday. And, once again,it's time to reflect on how awesome you are, celebrate getting through another page on the calendar and maybe re-evaluate your strategies for long-term goals, or think of some new ones for the month.
Whenever I see them, I give the ladies in Barb's class (and myself) homework and it's nice; a lot less pressure than a new year's resolution; a lot more manageable. That said...
What do you like? I mean when you're on your own, what's your favourite music to listen to, show to watch, book to read, thing to do, to eat? Leave a comment, sharing is beautiful. As always, if you like what you read, don't forget to share, subscribe, or connect with me on Twitter, Pinterest, or Facebook.

I know this month we've got a holiday all about the love of another going on, and that's pretty great, but, it's also important to recognize the value of loving and spending time with yourself.
Appreciate your own company. Take time to think about your interests, talents, etc. Find something you really like to do on your own and make time for it. Take time for yourself.
It's not being selfish, it's being smart. You've got to spend time with yourself to know yourself and, (I think) only then, can you love yourself.
That's it, sweet and simple. Hope you enjoy.
